Service Description

I believe in creating a safe environment to allow those tender parts of ourselves to step forward to be seen and heard. I use a collaborative approach to meet you where you are and guide you back home to yourself. We will use playful exploration, somatic practices, and creative rituals to reclaim the parts of you that have been hiding in the shadows. This process will allow you to design a life that feels authentic and aligned.
