I grew up in a devoutly Mormon household. It was my everything. When I realized it no longer supported the life I wanted to live, I felt like my entire universe was obliterated. I didn't know what to believe or who to trust. I felt like I couldn't even trust myself. Eventually, I began to find voices of hope outside of the void. I met my shadows, cared for the softest parts of myself, and built rituals of meaning that match my true essence. My hope is to help you to do the same, to build a life that feels like you, from the clothes you wear, to your relationships, and everything in between. I have been a teacher in some capacity for most of my life, but in this space, I don't have to hide parts of myself to fit a mold, and neither do you. You are safe here.
